Whitehill Bordon Eco-town has been given £39,423 from central government to help pave the way for more energy-saving improvements in the town.
The money has come from the Local Energy Assessment Fund and the Eco-town team joined forces with the East Hampshire Environment Network (EHEN) to bid for the funding.
